I am here to support you, guide you, educate you, offer you tools from my expertise, and hold space for your process, but I will not “fix” you - for I do not believe you are broken and am holding the vision for your wholeness.
I will call upon my knowledge, experience, and resources to offer you recommendations for our Whole Health plan, but I will also invite you to listen to your four Whole Health Intelligences- your mental intelligence, your somatic intelligence, your intuitive intelligence, and your emotional intelligence. I will rely on those intelligences in myself as well. We will work together to weave these intelligences together in order to make wise goals as a team.
